How To Be More Positive
I was thinking about the notion of actively trying to be ‘positive’ and how much pressure this puts on us. For me, asking myself to be positive is like asking myself to stop thinking while I meditate, it just doesn’t work like that. To ‘stop thinking’ we need to LET GO of the WANT to stop thinking.
