WHAT CLASS IS BEST FOR ME?

Are your yoga classes suitable for beginners?

Yes — House of Leyla offers a wide range of yoga classes that are suitable for complete beginners, as well as those returning to yoga after a break. Beginner-friendly classes focus on gentle movement, clear guidance, breath awareness, and creating a calm, supportive environment where you can move at your own pace.

In addition to regular weekly beginner classes, House of Leyla also offers a 7-Week Beginners Yoga Course, which provides a structured introduction to yoga, including poses, breathing, philosophy, and confidence-building over time. This course runs in seasonal blocks, with the current course running until mid-February and the next starting in early March.

If you prefer flexibility, many of our weekly classes are also suitable for beginners. On the class timetable, beginner-friendly sessions are clearly marked with a “B”, making it easy to choose a class that feels right for you. Currently, the majority of our weekly schedule is accessible to beginners, with only a small number of classes designed for intermediate or advanced practitioners.

If you’re unsure where to start, you’re always welcome to get in touch and we’ll help you choose the best class for your needs.
