House of Leyla Terms and Conditions
1. Memberships
• Unlimited Membership:
• A 12-month contract. Members cannot cancel the contract before the end of the 12-month period.
• If a cancellation is requested, a fee covering the remainder of the contract term will be charged.
• Alternatively, members may choose the Rolling Membership, which has no fixed term and can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice.
• Rolling Membership:
• No minimum term applies. Cancellations require written notice with 30 days’ notice.
2. Class, Workshop, and Course Cancellations
• Classes:
• Pre-booked classes must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid being charged.
• Class fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by House of Leyla.
• Workshops and Courses:
• All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as a medical condition with supporting evidence, at the discretion of House of Leyla.
3. Private Studio Hire
• Private studio hire requires a minimum of 14 days’ notice for cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking cost.
4. Treatments and Therapies
• Treatments and therapies are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
5. Merchandise
• Merchandise purchases are non-refundable unless there is evidence of a fault or valid reason for return.
• In the case of faults, customers must provide proof of purchase and contact us within 14 days.
6. Privacy Policy
• Data Collection and Storage:
• House of Leyla collects and securely stores personal data provided by students for the purposes of account management, bookings, and communication.
• Data will not be shared with third parties.
• Only authorized employees and our booking platform (MindBody) have access to this data, and all measures are taken to ensure its safety.
• Marketing and Communications:
• By signing up as a member or providing your email address, you agree to receive email notifications regarding purchases, bookings, class reminders, and promotions.
• You can opt out or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
7. Anti-Bullying and Harassment Policy
• House of Leyla is a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.
• Any form of bullying, harassment, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Members or visitors engaging in such behavior may face immediate removal from the studio, termination of membership, and a permanent ban from attending future classes or events.
• If you witness or experience bullying or harassment, please report it to a staff member immediately. All reports will be treated with confidentiality and seriousness.
8. Waiver Agreement
• By becoming a member of House of Leyla, you agree to comply with our policies and terms and conditions.
• Membership includes signing a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with participating in physical activities and agreeing to indemnify House of Leyla against claims arising from participation.
9. General Guidelines and Notifications
• Respect the peace and quiet of the studio. Phones must be silenced.
• House of Leyla reserves the right to send members email notifications regarding bookings, class reminders, purchases, and updates to our policies.
• Members can manage their notification preferences through their account settings.
