WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
What we’ll explore over seven weeks
Over seven weekly sessions, you’ll be gently guided through:
• Foundational yoga postures and transitions
• Breathwork to support calm and focus
• Basic anatomy and safe alignment
• How to use yoga props and modifications
• Gentle flow and mindful movement
• The energetic and spiritual side of yoga
• How different poses can support emotional release
Each week builds gradually, allowing your confidence and understanding to grow naturally.
THE APPROACH
More than just movement
Yoga is more than stretching.
Throughout the course, we’ll also explore the deeper layers of yoga including energy, emotion, and awareness.
We’ll gently work with:
• The chakra system
• The five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether)
• How the body holds stress and emotion
• Creating space, stability, and flow, both on and off the mat
This is a holistic introduction to yoga that honours the body, mind, and nervous system.
