Infrared Sauna
House of Leyla Wellness Studio
Step into warmth, stillness and deep relaxation with our infrared sauna at House of Leyla.
Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas gently warm the body from within. This allows your body to relax, sweat and restore at a comfortable temperature while supporting circulation, recovery and nervous system regulation.
Whether you’re unwinding after yoga, recovering from training or simply taking time for yourself, our sauna offers a peaceful space to slow down and reset.
Recovery is part of the practice.
What Is An Infrared Sauna?
Infrared saunas use infrared light waves to warm the body directly rather than heating the surrounding air.
This gentle form of heat penetrates deeper into the muscles and tissues, encouraging circulation, relaxation and natural detoxification through sweat.
Because the heat is more comfortable and less intense than traditional saunas, many people find infrared saunas easier to tolerate while still experiencing powerful wellness benefits.
Sessions at House of Leyla last 20 minutes, which is the ideal amount of time for the body to warm up and relax safely.
