Many of us have lost sight of our sense of self. As we burn out on life’s increasingly fast-paced treadmill, our wellbeing is often last on the list of priorities. We’re conditioned to

give huge amounts of time and energy to everything except ourselves. House of Leyla is here to change that. From yoga and massage to nutritional workshops and psychotherapy, our range of holistic offerings help you to regain perspective and nourish yourself both physically and emotionally.

OUR FOUNDER

Leyla Ramadan’s story is one of self-discovery, growth and education.

Her journey on the path of holistic healing began with recovery from an eating disorder. Leyla turned to her inner strength, studied key principles of Buddhism and Hinduism, trained as a yoga instructor in India, and embarked on a silent meditation retreat. Over the years, her awareness of the world completely shifted with the realisation that all living beings are deeply connected.

House of Leyla was born out of an urge to share these philosophies and help others overcome challenges in their lives. Our environment fosters a sense of community and togetherness, and we actively encourage the practice of asking for help. Inspired by her extensive background in psychology, Leyla is passionate about helping others, promoting holistic wellbeing, and breaking down barriers to mental health support.

Beyond wellness, Leyla has also enjoyed a lifelong career in photography. Over the years, she learnt that capturing the human spirit means focusing your attention, being in the present moment, and absorbing movement and light. For Leyla, photography is a mindful practice; deeply connected to ideas around self- discovery, openness, and working closely with people.
