I’ll guide you through meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), a flow, yin or yoga trapeze.
I will encourage your personal practice between classes by giving you ‘homework’, this can be as simple as drinking more water, taking 10 deep breaths every few hours or a full flow.
We’ll work out what’s best for you to best support your mind, body and soul with the aim of implementing yoga philosophy into your everyday life
